Who we are
This website, insuredbyfelix.com, is operated by Felix Garcia Ramos (NPN 18337040), a licensed independent health and life insurance agent/broker affiliated with Multiply Wellness (“I,” “me,” “we”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact / quote request form: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, preferred language, your consent to be contacted, and — if you used the price estimate tool — the ZIP code, coverage timing, household summary (number of adults/children), and estimated price range shown to you.
- Price estimate tool: ages, household, and the general health question you answer are processed in your browser to show an estimate. They are not sent to us unless included in a form you choose to submit (the general health answer is not included).
- Scheduling: if you book a consultation, the booking page (operated by our scheduling provider) collects the information you enter there, such as your name, phone, email, and appointment time.
- Communications: information you share with us by phone, text, or email.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operation of the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, contact you, and provide insurance quotes, plan comparisons, and enrollment assistance.
- To schedule and confirm appointments and send related reminders.
- To submit applications to insurance carriers or marketplaces when you ask us to.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations, and to keep records of your consent.
Calls, text messages, and email
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you about health and life insurance at the phone number and email you provided, including by calls and text messages that may be sent using automated technology or a prerecorded/artificial voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for help.
- Opt out of calls or email: tell us on a call, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email felix@multiplywellnessgrp.com.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only:
- With insurance carriers, marketplaces, or agencies we work with, when needed to provide quotes or process an application you request.

How long we keep information
